As part of a larger renovation project that included their laundry room, dining room, and kitchen and these homeowners realized overlooking their small powder room would stick out like a sore thumb.

Upgrading the floor throughout, changing out their standard bowl toilet for an elongated model and enhancing the space with a rich black inset door vanity with brass fixtures brought their first floor remodel to an upgraded close.
